Panský pivovar Bojnice is a small craft brewery with a restaurant and production of a unpasteurized and unfiltered beer based in the historic centre of Bojnice.
The restaurant consideres importance of using quality products and ingredients and therefore all ingredients are from a local small farms and Slovak sellers without any GMO products.

Restaurant also uses takeout boxes and materials that are environmentally friendly, bought from Bionela company.
